RETURN POLICY

We would like to thank you for shopping with us at Pine Boutique! We know you have options when it comes to retail and we are thrilled to have you as a customer.

If your purchase isn't absolutely perfect, you can exchange or receive store credit ONLY! Returns must be accompanied with the original receipt within 14 days of the purchase date. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached. If returning by mail, the items must be received by Pine within 14 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please do not attempt to return if you do not meet the above restrictions or it will become property of Pine. We advise you to keep your tracking number as we are not responsible for any returns lost in the mail. All intimates, jewelry and sale items are a final sale.

Store credits are to be treated like cash and are not replaceable if lost or stolen, however they never expire.
